Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients throughout the complete service lifecycle.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with Field Managers to address operational challenges, client inquiries, and project emergencies.

• Organize project teams for services, training sessions, and deliveries; oversee regional spreadsheets and work orders.

• Coordinate client estimates, offer pricing, and manage contract forms or service discontinuance requests.

• Address customer service or billing issues, perform daily follow-up calls, and document all client interactions.

• Oversee supply orders, entering and closing orders in the system while managing client supply distribution.

• Update client tracking and billing systems to ensure accurate service records and manage weekly project budgets.

• Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and propose process enhancements to optimize operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree (2-year degree) is required; a Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) is an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in operations support, customer solutions, or client project coordination.

• Strong capacity to multitask, manage various project budgets, and tackle unexpected challenges promptly.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills via phone and email.

• Proficient in basic computer applications, software systems, work order management, and spreadsheets.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

• Must reside in Latin America.
