This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +15 more states.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to pinpoint and qualify sales opportunities based on projects.
• Leverage online bidding tools and market insights to identify potential conversion chances.
• Assess opportunities presented by distributors and contractors.
• Create action plans tailored to specific projects to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Assist in managing opportunities from initial qualification to execution.
• Keep project information accurate and current within the CRM system.
• Synchronize project activities with drafting, engineering, and internal support departments.
• Track project status, probability, timelines, and expected shipment dates.
• Examine technical deliverables, drawings, and project documentation for precision and completeness.
• Work together on pricing strategies and support both budgetary and formal quotations.
• Guarantee timely and precise project information and technical deliverables for customers and sales partners.
• Enhance customer response times and overall project execution efficiency.
• Analyze civil construction plans and specifications to grasp project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver project recommendations and technical insights.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales staff, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support technical solutions that align with customer and project requirements.
• Engage with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, consultants, regulators, and other project stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration among sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, and project management teams.
• Provide responsive communication and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Maintain databases of competitor and market intelligence.
• Identify areas for process optimization and improvements in operational efficiency.
• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance customer experience and foster business growth.
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally within commercial construction, civil construction, manufacturing, project coordination, estimating, customer solutions, or inside sales settings.
• Proven experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification to project completion.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to work efficiently in a remote setting while supporting teams operating in Eastern Time.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Preferred: Experience in civil construction, estimating, engineering, project coordination, or construction management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and project tracking tools.
• Preferred: Understanding of project quoting, construction bidding processes, and technical sales support.
