Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Engage with healthcare provider offices in the designated territory as a subject matter expert on AbbVie’s in-office portals and access-related solutions.

• Comprehend HCP office workflows and present electronic solutions that enhance the patient prescription journey.

• Serve as a representative for AbbVie’s HCP-facing portals and additional electronic solutions.

• Collaborate with AbbVie field teams to implement solutions tailored for healthcare providers.

• Assess and identify delays and disruptions in patients’ prescription experiences.

• Ascertain if AbbVie digital solutions can assist patients.

• Foster relationships with HCP offices utilizing portals or solutions.

• Provide regular updates on new functionalities and align unused features with patient requirements.

• Communicate with AbbVie field teams in a compliant manner.

• Travel approximately 75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics sector, including Buy and Bill, specialty pharmacies, and specialty distributors.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with drugs that require prior authorization and specialty pharmacies.

• Exceptional territory and account management capabilities.

• Prior experience in healthcare sales or a healthcare environment preferred.

• Valid driver's license and the ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle.

• Ability to partner cross-functionally and drive results effectively.

• Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical prescribing.

• Proficient in uncovering patient needs through discussions with healthcare providers.

• Capability to map and comprehend internal processes and manage complex HCP environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence others through expertise.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and internet browsers.
