Customer Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with key customers to define, develop, and deploy integrations, CRM migrations, and tailored configurations.

• Analyze logs and the codebase to diagnose issues prior to escalating them to core engineering.

• Address technical inquiries, security issues, RFI/RFP requests, and discussions on implementation feasibility.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical intermediary throughout the sales process.

• Create and propose scalable technical solutions tailored to customer requirements and product functionalities.

• Convert intricate requirements into architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and proposal documentation.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to validate feasibility, relay customer feedback, and influence roadmap priorities.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to refine deal and technical strategies.

• Partner with Technical Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sale to implementation.

• Deliver quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.

• Transform field patterns into playbooks and institutional knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience, preferably in technical support, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical position at a rapidly growing SaaS or tech firm.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong engineering fundamentals; capable of reading a codebase, delivering a feature, and troubleshooting real issues.

• Proficient in translating customer challenges into actionable, effective solutions.

• High level of initiative; able to proactively tackle issues.

• Comfortable managing a queue of open issues across various channels and driving them to resolution.
