This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a global team of Customer Success Advisors (CSAs) who act as reliable technical consultants for our clients.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering to establish and expand the CSA initiative throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Design comprehensive onboarding, training, and growth programs for CSAs to enhance their technical storytelling abilities.
• Guarantee that CSAs consistently achieve successful results, facilitate adoption, and deliver value for Team and Enterprise accounts that are paid.
• Interact directly with key customers as necessary.
• Oversee and evaluate technical inquiries led by CSAs to identify business and technical goals.
• Assist your team in defining and implementing proof-of-value projects.
• Guide your team in creating detailed account strategies aimed at both immediate adoption and future expansion prospects.
• Train CSAs to serve as both internal and external advocates for Supabase.
• Over 6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership roles.
• Strong expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL is preferred).
• Practical experience in developing modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
• Strong and confident technical communicator and storyteller.
• Proven experience in navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across various teams.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal Business Intelligence dashboards.
