This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming telephone inquiries from customers regarding clients' products and services.

• Deliver exceptional service with a courteous and professional demeanor.

• Assist customers with questions related to debit card promotions, order statuses, and account balances.

• Handle a significant volume of incoming calls efficiently.

• Adhere to communication scripts tailored for various topics.

• Assess customer needs, clarify details, research, and offer solutions or alternatives.

• Utilize company and client resources to effectively manage calls.

• Promote products when suitable opportunities present themselves.

• Transition between tasks seamlessly without compromising efficiency or professionalism.

• Ensure punctuality and maintain attendance at all scheduled times.

• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.

• Participate in cross-training as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-6 months of experience in customer service or support is preferred.

• Experience in a call center or office environment for 3-6 months is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency in computer usage.

• Quick to learn and capable of working independently.

• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities are essential.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• A background check is required, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Candidates must reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Must provide personal equipment and a suitable workspace.

• Access to a verified, secure, reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

• An established, dedicated workspace that includes a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection is necessary.

• An Intel Core i5-8250U Series processor or a more advanced model is required.

• A minimum of 8GB memory on Windows 10 or 11 64-bit is mandatory.

• Screen resolution must be at least 1280x768 or higher.

• Dual monitors are required.

• A USB DSP headset is needed.

• A laptop or desktop computer is necessary; Chromebooks, netbooks, or tablets are not acceptable.

• Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed with a recent scan completed.

• Firewall protection must be enabled.

• A hardwired connection to a modem or router is required; Wi-Fi or extenders are not permitted.
