This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.
• Respond to incoming telephone inquiries from customers regarding clients’ products and services.
• Provide assistance to customers concerning debit card incentives, orders, and balance inquiries.
• Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Adhere to communication scripts tailored for various topics.
• Recognize customer requirements, clarify details, conduct research, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Utilize company and client resources to manage calls accurately.
• Promote additional products when suitable opportunities arise.
• Shift seamlessly between tasks while maintaining composure.
• Ensure punctuality and attendance at designated times.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
• Participate in cross-training as requested.
• Preferred: 3–6 months of customer service or support experience.
• Preferred: 3–6 months of call center or office experience.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills, along with active listening abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Must provide personal equipment and workspace.
• Verified access to secure, reliable, high-speed internet service.
• Established workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
• Intel Core i5-8250U Series processor or higher.
• Minimum of 8GB RAM on Windows 10 or 11 64-bit.
• Screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher.
• Dual monitor setup.
• USB DSP headset required.
• Laptop or desktop necessary; Chromebooks, netbooks, or tablets are not permitted.
• Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed with a recent scan completed.
• Firewall must be enabled.
• Hardwired connection to modem or router is required; no Wi-Fi or extenders allowed.
• Must be available on the first and last business day of each month.
• Availability for shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm CST, Monday to Friday is essential.
• Shift differential: an additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts.
• Paid training typically lasting 2–5 days.
• Flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time temporary positions, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week.
