Customer Service Representative, Mandarin Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing calls

• Address customer issues promptly and efficiently

• Foster enduring relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and engaging communication

• Guarantee customer satisfaction with every interaction

• Maintain detailed records of customer communications

• Manage and update customer accounts and file necessary documents

• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

• Proactively engage with customers

• Carry out additional tasks as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative in either a B2C or B2B environment

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)

• Exceptional communication abilities via phone, email, and instant messaging

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Proficient with technology and knowledgeable about desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP

• Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets, including MS Office

• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar

• USB headset equipped with noise-cancellation features

• Functional webcam

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable

• Backup internet service with a speed of at least 10 Mbps

• Availability to work during US business hours
