📋 Description

• Operate under the direct guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor.

• Address routine inquiries, requests, and complaints from residential and commercial customers.

• Resolve customer concerns through limited research and investigation in accordance with established guidelines.

• Handle routine commercial service modifications and matters related to contract compliance.

• Conduct outbound communications regarding service adjustments, contractual obligations, billing inquiries, cancellations, price increases, and equipment issues.

• Promptly return internal and external calls, emails, and faxes.

• Review individual performance metrics and action plans with the manager.

• Input service and route information for billing and scheduling purposes.

• Document and update customer service interactions and resolutions.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Successfully complete training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the waste services industry and Republic Services’ procedures, services, and policies.

• Adequate knowledge of the Company’s services and processes is essential.

• Capability to respond to routine inquiries, requests, and complaints from both residential and commercial customers.

• Ability to conduct limited research and investigation to achieve resolution.

• Proficiency in entering service and route data into the computer system for billing and scheduling needs.

• Skill in accurately and promptly logging and updating customer service interaction details.
