Customer Service Representative, Collections Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts from designated lists and document each contact in Filevine on the same day.

• Process phone payments using approved methods and accurately record these payments in both Filevine and Invoiced.

• Log all payments into the daily payment tracker before the end of the business day.

• Continuously update overdue client lists in real-time, tracking contacts, payments, promises to pay, and resolved accounts.

• Prepare contracts, accurately apply payments, establish and maintain payment plans, process payment arrangements, and keep account records up to date.

• Answer and triage incoming calls from existing clients, resolving issues whenever possible while maintaining an answer rate of 80% or higher.

• Negotiate debt recovery amounts and facilitate timely payment collections.

• Address client account concerns in a professional manner.

• Report on collection activities daily and contribute to strategies for debt recovery.

• Process refunds and offboard clients in accordance with company procedures.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards for client communication.

• Strong understanding of company fees and payment systems, including Invoiced and Filevine.

• High attention to detail and dedication to documenting information on the same day.

• Capability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet daily deadlines.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Possession of a dependable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera.
