Customer Service Representative, Collections Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to overdue clients from designated account lists and ensure all contacts are documented in Filevine on the same day.

• Process both inbound and outbound phone payments using approved methods, recording payments in Filevine and Invoiced.

• Record all payments in the daily payment tracker by the close of business.

• Continuously update overdue client lists in real time, tracking contacts, payments, promises to pay, and accounts that have been resolved.

• Oversee client accounts by preparing contracts, applying payments, maintaining payment plans, processing payment arrangements, and updating account records.

• Answer and triage general inbound calls from existing clients, maintaining an answer rate of 80% or higher.

• Negotiate debt recovery amounts and facilitate timely payment collection.

• Address client account issues with professionalism and clarity.

• Report collection activities on a daily basis and contribute to strategies for debt recovery.

• Process refunds and offboard clients in accordance with company procedures.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards for client communication.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks concurrently without compromising accuracy.
