Customer Service Representative – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming communications for prominent brands

• Support customers with inquiries, service requests, account assistance, and product guidance

• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service

• Uphold professionalism, precision, and brand consistency

• Complete client-specific evaluations, background checks, and certification training prior to service commencement

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• U.S. residency required (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)

• Ability to adhere to detailed procedures and meet performance standards

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based platforms

• Capability to work independently while being accountable to scheduled commitments

• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings

• Completion of a multi-step onboarding process, including client-specific evaluations, a basic background check, and involvement in a certification program before service initiation
