Customer Service Representative – Business Insurance Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a high volume of customer interactions through phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew designated coverage(s) for existing clients of Pearl Insurance; also sell ancillary product(s) to these clients.

• Facilitate the application and underwriting procedures in collaboration with both clients and internal underwriters.

• Distribute applications to clients, finalize necessary forms, prepare submission details, and follow up when further information is required.

• Present quotes or estimates to prospective clients and successfully close sales.

• Strive to gather market intelligence when unable to secure renewals.

• Log sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships by addressing questions, needs, and requests.

• Act as a backup for other Client Relations Account Representatives in their absence.

• Respond to call-center inquiries from policyholders and insurance brokers regarding current coverage and upcoming renewals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally within the insurance sector; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

• A Property and Casualty insurance license is required (or the capability to obtain one).
