Customer Service Manager, Nationwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver both telephone and face-to-face assistance to our clients

• Take charge of ensuring the seamless execution of all installation tasks related to client properties

• Actively participate in enhancing our solution offerings

• Guarantee customer satisfaction

• Assist clients throughout the entire journey, from beginning to end

• Oversee customer accounts across the nation

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, or an equivalent qualification

• Experienced project managers are encouraged to apply

• Methodical approach and capacity to work independently
