Customer Service Representative, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chats in both English and Spanish.

• Provide professional assistance to customers regarding their questions, concerns, and account-related issues.

• Recognize, escalate, and document critical issues when appropriate.

• Follow up on intricate customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.

• Meticulously log customer interactions and account information across various systems.

• Foster positive relationships with customers through effective, solution-oriented communication.

• Uphold professionalism and efficiency in a dynamic call center setting.

• Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to enhance customer experience and overall performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills.

• Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude.

• Self-driven with effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks across various systems and platforms.

• Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling proficiency.

• Basic computer skills, including navigation, copy/paste, tab management, and typing at least 30 WPM.

• Dependable attendance and professionalism.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
