Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Handle daily invoicing and export data to Xero

• Send out daily order confirmations to clients via email

• Import orders from EDI platforms

• Input orders based on customer drawings

• Manually input orders received through customer emails

• Address customer inquiries sent to the shared sales inbox

• Adhere to the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including relevant information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines

• Deliver customer service and order-entry assistance for a wholesale glass distribution and processing company serving various industries across New Zealand

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills

• Relevant background in customer service and order entry

• Familiarity with Xero and/or EDI is advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail and precision

• Capability to handle customer inquiries and order requests through email
