This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage incoming customer service inquiries, help desk support, technical assistance, and back-office processing tasks.
• Engage with numerous customers weekly across the nation.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their requirements, and resolve their concerns.
• Utilize systems and technology to perform account-management functions.
• Identify sales opportunities and leverage sales techniques to enhance products and services.
• Clearly explain and position products and processes to customers.
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to management.
• Ensure resolution on the first call through effective problem-solving and call management.
• Professionally represent well-known brands and foster strong customer relationships.
• Operate remotely using a computer, telephone headset, and other necessary office equipment.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A typing speed of 20+ words per minute is needed.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required.
• A fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system is necessary.
• Dependability with regular attendance and punctuality is crucial.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns is important.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation are preferred.
• A customer-service mindset, characterized by empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness, is required.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and uncertainties.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting is required.
• Must consent to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.
