This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide support for inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office operations for both commercial and public-sector roles.
• Manage incoming calls effectively.
• Resolve basic technical issues through troubleshooting.
• Develop strong customer relationships while representing well-known brands.
• Engage with hundreds of customers on a weekly basis across the nation.
• Address and resolve customer support concerns.
• Promote and sell new products and services.

• Aim for first-call resolution by employing effective problem-solving and call-handling skills.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation are necessary.
• A customer-service mindset that is empathetic, responsive, patient, and diligent.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain focus, and work independently.
• Strong team-oriented attitude and customer-centric focus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with team members and customers.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located is mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check, including fingerprinting.
• Must consent to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.
• Completion of a full application, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment, is required.
