This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver first-level customer service solutions pertaining to client products.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with customers by providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to appropriately address requests.
• Arrange service appointments and follow up with customers/clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues utilizing established diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Execute precise data entry using designated applications.
• Engage in active listening while offering empathy and reassurance to customers.
• Work with the team to uphold high-quality service standards.
• Assume responsibility for the customer experience and provide thorough resolutions.
• Adjust communication style to suit different audiences and interpret verbal and non-verbal signals.
• Comply with client policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Modify problem-solving techniques while ensuring outcomes are not compromised.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in-person, etc.).
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional communication and comprehension skills in English.
• Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute and successfully passing the language/grammar assessment.
• Reliable home internet connection, hardwired preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a consistent record of dependability.
• Comfortable executing routine tasks at varying speeds.
• Candidates must be available to work on both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
