Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service experience

• Respond to customer phone inquiries

• Assist in resetting passwords

• Support the creation of customer accounts

• Upload necessary documents

• Address general inquiries

• Interact with customers via phone and respond to online chat questions

• Aid customers in managing their accounts

• Verify eligibility for coverage and evaluate healthcare options

• Develop innovative solutions to customer issues

• Identify, assess, and resolve problems in a prompt manner

• Achieve expertise in the company's products and policies

• Exhibit adaptability and embrace updates to projects/programs

• Consistently embody corporate values

• Comply with regulated communication standards

• Interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies

• Enter customer data into a database

• Execute various administrative tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required

• Significant self-guided study, training, and assessments are necessary

• Must successfully complete all required examinations to advance through training and certification

• Capability to follow regulated communication standards across all mediums

• Ability to understand and comply with defined procedures and policies

• Proficient in entering customer information into a database

• This is a contract position located in Remote, Oregon
