Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service experience at all times

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online chat

• Assist with password resets and account creation

• Upload necessary documents and address general inquiries

• Support customers in managing their accounts effectively

• Verify coverage eligibility and explore healthcare options

• Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve customer issues promptly

• Develop innovative solutions for consumer challenges

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company, products, and policies

• Adapt to updates in projects and programs as needed

• Consistently embody corporate values

• Comply with regulated communication standards across all platforms

• Enter customer data into the database accurately

• Carry out various assigned administrative tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible availability for an 8-hour shift between 7:45 AM EST and 10 PM EST, Monday to Friday

• Preference for candidates with customer service and call center experience; professional backgrounds in retail or food service are also accepted

• Recent high-level experience in food service or retail is required

• Must have no significant gaps in recent employment history

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues while working remotely

• Completion of an Internet Familiarization Assessment is required

• Extensive self-study, training, and testing will be necessary

• Must successfully pass all required exams for training and certifications

• Ability to comply with regulated communication guidelines

• Capability to interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies

• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, but not mandatory

• Entry-level experience is welcomed
