Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide the utmost level of customer service experience

• Respond to customer phone inquiries

• Assist with password resets

• Support the account creation process

• Upload necessary documents

• Address general inquiries

• Interact with customers via phone and respond to online chat questions

• Aid customers in managing their accounts

• Confirm eligibility for coverage options and discuss healthcare choices

• Develop innovative solutions to consumer challenges

• Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company, its products, and policies

• Adjust to evolving project and program changes

• Consistently uphold corporate values

• Complete assigned administrative tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• This is an entry-level role

• A significant amount of self-directed study, training, and examination is necessary

• Progression through training and certification is contingent upon passing required assessments

• Comply with regulated communication guidelines across all platforms

• Understand and adhere to established procedures and policies

• Enter customer data into a database

• Must reside in Columbus, Ohio
