Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a renowned shoe brand.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective and professional communication.

• Work remotely with equipment supplied by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience in customer service (Retail, Fast Food, Face-to-Face, or Call Center).

• Typing proficiency of 40 WPM.

• Reliable hard-wired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.

• Must reside in Texas or Arizona, excluding the Houston area.

• Availability for any shift during operational hours is required.
