Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a renowned footwear company.

• Foster robust customer relationships through effective and professional communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience in customer service (Retail, Fast Food, Face-to-Face, or Call Center).

• Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute.

• Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed.

• Availability for any shift within operational hours.

• Must reside in Texas or Arizona, with the exception of Houston.

• Must be available from Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 7 PM CST.
