Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, returns, refunds, and warranties.

• Deliver professional and friendly service through incoming phone calls.

• Aid customers in navigating online platforms and websites.

• Offer product information and general assistance.

• Address customer issues and foster positive customer experiences.

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

• Accurately document customer interactions.

• Uphold professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

• Complete virtual orientation, instructor-led training sessions, learning modules, and on-the-job training.

• Engage in continuous coaching and development throughout the assignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, assisting customers and resolving their concerns.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.

• Capability to multitask across computer systems while communicating with customers.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office software.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

• Must reside in Arizona, Colorado, or Texas.

• Availability required from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Availability during peak seasons from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Sunday availability is mandatory starting November 15.
