Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer support over the phone for a renowned footwear brand.

• Foster strong relationships with customers through effective and professional communication.

• Operate remotely utilizing equipment supplied by the company.

• Be available for shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 6 PM MST.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience in customer service within Retail, Fast Food, Face-to-Face interaction, or Call Center environments.

• A typing speed of 40 words per minute.

• A hard-wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.

• Must reside in Texas or Arizona, with the exception of Houston.

• Availability for any shift during operational hours is required.
