Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service experience

• Respond to customer calls and handle inbound inquiries

• Assist with resetting passwords and creating accounts

• Upload necessary documents

• Address general inquiries

• Interact with customers via phone and reply to online chat inquiries

• Support customers in managing their accounts

• Verify eligibility for coverage options and review healthcare choices

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, assess, and efficiently resolve customer issues

• Develop innovative solutions for consumer challenges

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company, its products, and policies

• Adapt to evolving project and program updates

• Consistently embody corporate values

• Follow regulated communication guidelines across all channels

• Interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies

• Enter customer information into a database

• Perform various assigned administrative tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in customer service and call centers; a professional background in retail or food service is acceptable

• Required high-level, recent experience in food service or retail

• Recent employment history with minimal gaps in tenure

• Capability to troubleshoot equipment while working remotely

• Completion of an Internet Familiarization Assessment is required

• Ability to comprehend workflow processes

• Skill in providing comprehensive responses to specific inquiries

• Understanding and adherence to policies and procedures

• Demonstration of productivity, professionalism, and helpfulness

• Extensive self-study, training, and testing are necessary

• Must successfully pass required exams to advance through training and certifications

• Compliance with regulated communication guidelines is essential

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

• Candidates must not reside in Washington, Washington DC, California, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii
