This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls utilizing company-issued equipment and the Talkdesk application.

• Deliver courteous and professional service.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns following a sale.

• Monitor package statuses, handle returns, respond to warranty inquiries, and assist customers in locating the appropriate automotive parts.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight ET, with a rotating day off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET.

• Complete the initial seven weeks of training from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET.

• Work mandatory overtime during high call volume periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.

• A minimum of a 25mb high-speed cable Internet plan (No DSL).

• Competence in Windows-based computer systems and internet navigation.

• Capability to listen to and understand customer needs while resolving issues using available tools and resources.

• Exhibit a readiness to learn technical aspects of vehicle systems.

• Proficient in multitasking, coordinating, and managing time efficiently while maintaining professionalism with customers and colleagues.

• Ability to follow instructions, meet departmental standards, and enhance individual and team performance.

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• ASE Certifications are preferred.

• Knowledge of automotive systems or at least two years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
