Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Seek out new business opportunities and provide service to current customers through telephone sales.

• Address customer issues and offer consultation services.

• Keep informed about products, policies, and merchandising details.

• Conduct research, strategize, and execute sales initiatives, customer retention efforts, and new business growth.

• Uphold the corporate image and reputation by leveraging knowledge of products, programs, and systems.

• Interact with customers through phone calls, web chat, text messages, and emails.

• Engage in a consultative sales approach for tires, wheels, and related products.

• Maintain precise customer records and relay customer concerns and feedback through established communication channels.

• Optimize time management to ensure customer accessibility.

• Handle customer orders and returns; provide assistance with product tracking and availability.

• Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service while meeting productivity and efficiency objectives.

• Collaborate with customers and team members to resolve issues, address concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in professional communication with customers via phone, web chat, text, and email.

• Comprehensive understanding of products, policies, and merchandising information.

• Capability to manage customer orders and returns and assist with tracking and availability of products.

• Ability to respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, issues, and complaints effectively.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
