This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Respond to various call types, assisting Kentucky residents with health benefits including SNAP, Medicaid, and TNAF.
• Manage password resets, inquiries about application status, and facilitate application intake and updates.
• Assist customers in navigating the government's online application portal.
• Handle continuous calls throughout the duration of the shift.
• Utilize multiple systems to input information and interpret data for callers.
• Provide comprehensive answers to questions and record data in a client management system.
• Respond to all incoming calls at the station while maintaining professionalism during challenging interactions.
• Achieve targets for valid transfers, Quality Assurance, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Adhere to daily break and lunch schedules established by the global Workforce team.
• Execute business support or technical tasks utilizing data organization and coordination skills.
• Carry out responsibilities based on defined procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in High Volume Call Centers is required.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Background and drug screening are required.
• Ability to follow a scheduled break and lunch routine.
• Strong typing and grammar skills are essential.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer is necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Excellent phone etiquette is essential.
• Reliable internet access is a must.
• A quiet work environment free from distractions is required.
• Candidates must reside in the State of Kentucky for this role.
• Availability is required between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST and Saturdays, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.
• Must memorize several scripts verbatim according to client policy.
