Customer Service Representative – Annual Report Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee clients’ annual report portfolios on a continual basis.

• Collaborate closely with state departments.

• Assist with ongoing compliance filings in a system focused on data entry.

• Address a diverse range of customer inquiries regarding RASi’s services and the responsibilities of a registered agent.

• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and grievances.

• Manage the submission process for annual reports utilizing RASi’s proprietary database and worksite.

• Follow up on reporting matters, including acquiring necessary client data, signatures, and supporting documents.

• Oversee the onboarding process for clients using Annual Report Services.

• Communicate with other RASi teams about delays, issues, or obstacles in the compliance process.

• Document and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

• Update and maintain customer records.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to compliance and quality standards.

• Perform research and maintain databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• At least 1 year of experience in a role with similar skills/responsibilities plus 1 year of relevant background/industry experience.

• Should be a positive team player and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, accept instructions well, maintain strong attention to detail, and manage time effectively.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; able to handle moderately complex issues efficiently.

• Proficient in managing time and tasks effectively.

• Good understanding of various product/service features.

• Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new software.

• Familiarity with quality assurance standards.
