Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through phone, online chat, and email to provide outstanding service

• Manage a significant volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries swiftly and professionally

• Effectively resolve customer concerns while maintaining composure under pressure

• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and share updates

• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in every interaction

• Assist customers with payment processing using management tools

• Support daily operational logistics and schedule bookings

• Handle and manage customer inquiries via online chat systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Complete initial training from Monday to Friday during Australian working hours for at least one month until competency is evaluated

• Work mandatory Saturday shifts post-training, with a weekday off scheduled

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or administrative role handling inbound calls, email support, and online chat

• Strong conversational skills and phone-handling expertise

• Professional written English proficiency for live chat and email support

• High level of verbal English fluency with a clear telephone presence

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality

• Full commitment to working permanent Saturday shifts as part of the post-training schedule

• Practical experience with online live chat platforms such as Podium (nice-to-have)

• Prior experience with payment processing applications (nice-to-have)

• Background in logistics, self-storage, or service operations (nice-to-have)
