Customer Service Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Implement automation solutions for system upgrades.

• Ensure adherence to technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Receive and diagnose issues reported by clients.

• Analyze and implement solutions to resolve client-reported issues.

• Prepare comprehensive final reports.

• Collaborate on the preparation and analysis of equipment specifications and technical requirements based on product needs, client specifications, standards, and regulations.

• Design architectural solutions in line with specifications.

• Develop and program control algorithms.

• Advocate for the integration of new technological advancements.

• Foster continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Automation Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions with programming expertise.

• Proficient in SIMATIC Step7, SIMATIC TIA Portal, and WinCC.

• Professional background in PLC programming.

• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).

• Willingness to relocate nationally and internationally.
