Customer Service Agent – Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer care while identifying coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and making renewal adjustments.

• Respond to inbound inquiries from policyholders.

• Acquire knowledge and navigate Jerry's insurance offerings and partner insurance companies.

• Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries.

• Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor with a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic and dedication.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Full-time employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid P&C license.

• Capability to work as a full-time employee.
