This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Handle incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others through various channels including phone, email, and web portal.
β’ Provide accurate and timely information while upholding high standards of customer service and quality.
β’ Collaborate as part of a team supporting one or more service delivery units.
β’ Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers to discover additional service opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
β’ Promote continuous improvement in business processes and services.
β’ Comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to safeguard employee and patient privacy and safety.
β’ High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
β’ Preferred: 1 year of recent relevant experience.
β’ Desired knowledge of processes in one or more of the following areas (required for initial hiring): Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing.
β’ Effective written and verbal communication skills for clearly and professionally conveying sensitive information to diverse audiences, including individuals without medical backgrounds.
β’ Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to meet objectives and deadlines.
β’ Competence in handling and maintaining confidential information.
β’ Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks in a setting with interruptions.
β’ Skill in identifying, assessing, and resolving standard issues by selecting suitable solutions from established options.
β’ Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers.
β’ Proficiency in operating office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners.
β’ Flexibility to work variable days, including every weekend, during day/evening shifts.
β’ Availability to work 20 hours per week.
