Customer Service Agent, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding mobile and fiber internet services.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to invoices, payments, orders, roaming, and connection problems.

• Promote additional services and contract renewals through effective cross-selling and upselling.

• Manage retention calls and support customers in maintaining their service.

• Accurately document customer interactions.

• Provide support to customers of a leading telecommunications provider in the German language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in German.

• B2-level proficiency in English for training and internal communication purposes.

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is highly advantageous.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices.

• Eligibility to work in the EU.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, including occasional weekend shifts.

• No night shifts required.
