Customer Service Agent, Danish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through email, live chat, and voice channels.

• Efficiently and accurately address customer inquiries, striving for first-contact resolution.

• Manage customer interactions in accordance with service standards, SLAs, and quality expectations.

• Address complaints and escalations in line with internal procedures and guidelines.

• Maintain precise customer records in CRM and ticketing systems.

• Assist with account, order, payment, technical, and service-related inquiries.

• Identify recurring issues and provide improvement suggestions to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to data protection, security, and confidentiality requirements.

• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Stay updated on products, processes, and systems through continuous training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency (C2) in Danish.

• Proficient in English.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a virtual customer service role.

• Experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

• Comfortable using technology, including contact center tools; experience with Zendesk is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Ability to work from home using your own device.

• Flexibility to meet business needs as required.

• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.

• Availability to work from 7 am to 12 pm on Mondays and Fridays.

• Capability to achieve KPIs, quality standards, and performance targets.

• Willingness to complete training within the specified timeframe.
