Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal adjustments.

• Respond to incoming calls from policyholders requesting changes.

• Acquire extensive knowledge of insurance products, insurance providers, and the Jerry.ai application.

• Address customer inquiries through effective problem-solving.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and assist in enhancing the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and positive demeanor, with a willingness to collaborate in a team setting.

• Strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Candidates must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly positions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• A valid P&C license is preferred; however, the employer is willing to cover the costs for obtaining the license if the candidate does not possess one.
