Customer Representative – Contract Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

• Deliver customer service assistance via telephone

• Address inquiries following established procedures

• Accurately document all interactions

• Uphold performance standards during both certification and production phases

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

• Assist customers in resolving fundamental questions and issues

• Accurately enter data into client systems

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position

• Attendance at certification sessions is required

• Startup and equipment prerequisites apply

• Failure to meet certification or performance benchmarks may lead to removal

• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace is necessary

• Wired high-speed internet connection required

• Windows 11 PC with a minimum of 8 GB RAM; 16 GB preferred

• A USB headset and wired internet must be ready prior to commencement

• Capability to adhere to structured systems without direct supervision

• Regular and punctual attendance is essential

• Ability to manage tasks in a professional home office setting
