Customer Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and operational results for designated programs throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Create, uphold, and implement detailed project and program plans that align with organizational goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive collaboration across various functions including Product, Engineering, Operations, Care, Compliance, and Finance.

• Track performance metrics, program status, and potential risks; lead planning for mitigation strategies and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide clear updates regarding performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to promote continuous improvement and enhance operational workflows.

• Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Lead program retrospectives, integrate learnings, and apply scalable methodologies.

• Contribute to the long-term program strategy, roadmap development, and expansion opportunities.

• Work at a computer terminal for extended durations and perform physical tasks related to equipment and supplies.

• Travel up to 10% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• 2–5 years of experience in program management within healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or another regulated field is necessary.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

• Proven experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and operational problem-solving.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare operations.

• Excellent communication abilities; capable of translating complex information for various audiences including executives, partners, and technical teams.

• Proficient in GSuite, Slack, and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

• Experience in pharmacy operations, digital health, or healthcare services is preferred.

• Familiarity with program or project management methodologies; CAPM or similar certification is advantageous.

• Experience supporting client-facing or operational programs in a service-delivery setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks pertaining to pharmacy or healthcare operations is preferred.
