Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement enhancements to processes that improve delivery performance.

• Convert the Voice of the Customer into actionable Supply Chain strategies and ensure their execution.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues while tackling underlying systemic challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply challenges and reduce customer risks.

• Establish relationships and influence stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Recognize potential escalations and initiate timely recovery action plans.

• Prepare and share Supply Chain initiatives and recovery strategies with both internal and external clients.

• Work together with Customer Account teams to synchronize material requirements and enhance forecast accuracy.

• Lead weekly customer order board meetings to assess orderbooks, discuss delivery issues, outline recovery plans, and review upcoming projects.

• Oversee quarter-end order pull-ins, negotiate customer receiving extensions, and obtain shipment approvals.

• Monitor shipments, resolve credit ship holds, and ensure priority treatment for OOB orders and RMAs.

• Serve as the customer fulfillment point of contact and represent the customer’s voice within the supply chain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work North American hours.

• University or College Degree is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, with expertise in Order Management/Fulfillment.

• Strong capability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the Supply Chain.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration across regions and functions.

• Confident in written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.

• Proficient in Oracle, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• High attention to detail with a proven record of meeting challenging targets.
