This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the daily waste and recycling operations for around 25–30 consistently designated properties.
• Organize and schedule waste and recycling pickups based on service requirements and operational insights.
• Verify completed pickups, weights, and service specifics for accuracy.
• Examine invoices, pinpoint discrepancies, and facilitate resolutions.
• Utilize eTrack to manage service activities, work orders, property details, and operational updates.
• Keep track of container history, PSI readings, service cycles, tenant changes, and other data to make informed service decisions.
• Monitor customer and service escalations until resolved.
• Arrange for equipment repairs and the placement and removal of temporary roll-off containers.
• Engage with customers and vendors to address issues and provide timely, professional updates.
• Maintain precise records and ensure that assigned tasks are completed with consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when additional assistance is required.
• Monitor or track escalated service concerns during limited evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer operations, customer service, dispatch, service coordination, or a similar field.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
• Capability to read and review invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret operational data and leverage it for sound decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple properties and priorities.
• Capacity to work independently, take ownership, and consistently complete responsibilities.
• Willingness to ask questions and seek assistance when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Candidates must reside in Arizona.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Experience in waste and recycling, property management, logistics, facilities services, or other service-oriented operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with eTrack, work order systems, CRM platforms, or similar operational systems is preferred.
• Experience in reviewing invoices or billing related to services is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors or third-party service providers is preferred.
