Customer Operations Coordinator, SAP Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Document existing order-to-cash processes and assist in evaluating new SAP workflows.

• Engage in SAP design workshops to gather requirements, raise questions, and note action items.

• Develop and execute system integration, user acceptance, and regression test scripts.

• Conduct testing for sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, credits, and EDI.

• Record and monitor defects until they are resolved and retested.

• Verify migrated customer records, ship-to locations, pricing, payment terms, and EDI settings.

• Test EDI and 3PL/warehouse integrations, including transactions 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846.

• Document requirements for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Ulta, Walgreens, CVS, and Amazon.

• Assist with cutover, go-live, and initial post-launch activities.

• Create SOPs, training materials, and job aids.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer operations, order management, supply chain, or ERP support.

• Comprehensive understanding of order-to-cash processes: orders, customer master data, pricing, fulfillment, and invoicing.

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Excellent documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP SD (order-to-cash), or support for an SAP implementation is preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with testing processes, including test scripts, user acceptance testing, and defect tracking.

• Knowledge of EDI and 3PL/warehouse systems.

• Background in CPG, beauty or personal care, or retail, particularly with compliance for big-box retailers.
