Customer Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of client, policy, and billing records within Coverdash's Admin (AMS) system.

• Address and resolve client-related inquiries via the ticketing system.

• Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) efficiently.

• Assist in policy lifecycle activities, which include applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain documents, manage changes, and facilitate endorsement quoting.

• Perform daily carrier downloads and maintain up-to-date records.

• Manage billing notices and follow up on payments.

• Resolve any issues related to carrier payments.

• Work in partnership with U.S.-based Service and Sales team members.

• Aid clients in accessing their policies, processing payments, and making modifications through Coverdash's platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or administrative positions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high data accuracy.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems, tools, and online platforms.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage various tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Proactive, dependable, and accountable in work responsibilities.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with international colleagues across different time zones.

• Experience with U.S. commercial insurance products or carrier portals is a plus.

• Familiarity with AMS, ticketing systems, or billing platforms such as Ascend is advantageous.

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based teams or clients is a valuable asset.
