Customer Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee candidate pipelines for designated accounts

• Compose and dispatch candidate outreach communications while tracking effectiveness

• Monitor the adoption of customer products

• Analyze data to identify trends, address customer issues, and guide decision-making

• Keep roles and settings updated on the RippleMatch platform

• Manage projects that align with account-specific and Customer Success goals

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer ROI

• Assist with various customer requests as needed

• Resolve customer challenges with product-oriented solutions

• Communicate feedback to advocate for improvements in customer and candidate products

• Maintain precise and active candidate pipelines to assist students in securing employment

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or customer-centric role; internships, academic projects, and relevant coursework are applicable

• Ability to solve problems using data-driven approaches

• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or data visualization is advantageous

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Capable of managing intricate workflows and ensuring data accuracy

• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative on projects and follows through on solutions

• Genuine interest in technology, data, and recruitment

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and updates

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Eagerness to become proficient in a SaaS platform

• Experience with startups, SaaS, recruitment technology, analytics, project management, or operations is beneficial
