Customer Love Associate

📋 Description

• Deliver consistently exceptional customer service across all customer support channels.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and foster long-term, loyal relationships with clients.

• Achieve and surpass performance objectives.

• Assist customers in their shopping journey as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant.

• Implement shipping, fulfillment, and returns protocols to efficiently process customer orders.

• Relay customer and product insights to the Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development teams.

• Acquire knowledge of all business aspects and gain exposure to various teams.

• Familiarity with Kustomer and Google Suite.
