This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement ongoing initiatives and campaigns that boost customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Create and execute multi-channel campaigns focused on customers to enhance adoption, continuous usage, retention, and satisfaction.
• Engage with customers to identify pain points, improve the customer experience, and customize adoption strategies.
• Monitor product usage, churn rates, and retention metrics to assess lifecycle initiatives and optimize investments.
• Collaborate with the business and Digital Marketing teams to synchronize customer engagement strategies and their execution.
• Identify risks and resolve issues that may affect deliverables or objectives.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of campaigns while optimizing resource management.
• Lead the ongoing analysis and reporting of campaign results to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing plan for North American Mobility customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Ideally, experience in the Financial Industry, Payments, or Fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success in lifecycle and retention strategies through digital and multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation technologies.
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis, analytics, and pipeline management.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, and excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience with Gemini or similar marketing software.
• Willingness to leverage technical skills for operational efficiencies and enhance marketing intelligence.
