Customer Implementation Manager – API & SDK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with technical decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.

• Leverage customer insights, industry knowledge, requirements, competitive landscape, and priorities to facilitate digital transformation.

• Conduct data workshops to formulate solution implementation strategies that align with customer objectives and technical frameworks.

• Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and value optimization initiatives to ensure successful deployments.

• Address technical challenges during implementation and throughout ongoing campaign rollouts.

• Identify, escalate, and resolve technical obstacles, including configuration adjustments and sample coding.

• Work collaboratively with product and support teams to overcome blockers.

• Utilize best practices to shape customer strategies and foster future growth for Insider One solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in consultative or complex technical deployment projects, including architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.

• A proven history of cultivating deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or strategically important accounts.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams.

• Extensive technical expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.

• Familiarity with, or strong working knowledge of, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, and various database technologies.

• In-depth product knowledge and technical domain expertise in SaaS, Marketing, Mobile Applications, APIs, SDKs, or Programming.

• Proficient communication skills in both English and German.
