This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle a range of incoming and outgoing work items simultaneously through phone, chat, email, and MMS channels across various business units.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic, multifaceted environment by recommending frame styles and managing orders.

• Advise customers on obtaining the best value for their eyewear purchases.

• Confirm glasses prescriptions by processing incoming faxes from customers and eye care professionals.

• Reach out to eye care providers to secure prescriptions for clients.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience.

• Experience in inbound sales and contact centers is a plus!

• A proactive mindset, consistently aiming to exceed metrics and share our exceptional products with customers.

• A cheerful and friendly demeanor that enjoys engaging with customers in creative and meaningful ways.

• A reliable internet connection with download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 10 Mbps, or higher.

• Proficient computer skills with the capability to type at least 40 words per minute.

• A private, dedicated workspace that is free from interruptions or distractions, ensuring confidentiality.

• A positive, motivated, and solution-focused attitude.

• Must have permanent residency in approved states: North Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
