Customer Expert, Music Streaming Platform – Italian, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Provide support via email and through a messaging platform.

• Deliver customer assistance without voice calls.

• Assist users of a premier music streaming service.

• Clearly and professionally articulate solutions.

• Aid music enthusiasts and clients with their inquiries and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

• Quick and precise typing abilities.

• Strong focus on detail.

• Capability to communicate solutions in a clear and professional manner.

• Customer-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.

• Must possess a valid EU work permit.

• Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.

• Open to working Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 20:00.

• Must be able to work remotely within Bulgaria.
